HISTORY
Sweet Cookie Jar was founded by Puan Che Manis binti
Samsudin on September 2007. It started small with the opening a small shop and
its located at Batu Pahat, Johor. At the beginning of the business, the shop
only caters for the small amount of order. The recipes of the cookie were
originally created by Che Manis herself. The concept of her business was inspired by
her great love on sweet and chocolates.
The cookies were based her family recipe and modified by her
to increase the quality and the taste of the cookies. During the beginning,
there are only several types of cookies were made. There were Chocolate Chip
Cookies and Chocolate Chip with Peanut
cookies
Her first business start at a small kiosk located at The
Summit Batu Pahat, Johor. Her cookies
were all made by her small oven that she bought using the money that she saved.
Her dream to make a baking class were achieved on 2008 and continued held the class
every month for the single mother.
